Gamified Reward System Redesign

The existing reward model was fun but unsustainable. I led research to design a transparent, playful spin-wheel experience that reduced costs without losing user motivation.

Redesign a National Catch Data System

DFO · GOVERNMENT OF CANADA

DFO needed to replace ECCI, a legacy intranet system used to review, correct, and audit electronic logbooks (ELOGs). The system was outdated, inconsistent across regions, and no longer capable of supporting the growing national demand for digital logbooks.

Improving Access to Disability Benefits

People with disabilities described the CPP-D application as cumbersome and disempowering. I conducted 29 interviews across 3 stakeholder groups to surface where the system was failing them.
