Reducing Call Volume and Client Anxiety at IRCC

Company: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

Impact: Redesigned the application status tracking portal to enhance transparency and personalization. This intervention is predicted to decrease call volume and improve efficiency at the IRCC Client Support Centre.
